A senior programme role at a tier-1 fibre operator in DACH, with technology and architecture responsibilities spanning field-operations coordination and stakeholder alignment. The programme remains active. Details are confidential and can be discussed under NDA where appropriate.

Data platform and local AI for a DACH business

Architecture and implementation for a mid-market client facing data-confidentiality requirements and licence-cost pressure. The platform brings CRM, ERP and controlling data into PostgreSQL, with governed views, Dagster orchestration, Metabase and audited, read-only access for local AI.

The work includes an open-source CRM integration and a documented route away from the incumbent SaaS setup. The technical design supports local processing. Actual operating costs and the suitability of particular AI uses remain questions for the individual deployment.

2025–2026

Head of Technology: DACH technology company

Led technology strategy and operations through organisational transformation. The work connected strategic priorities to delivery and modernised tools while existing programmes remained in operation. Further details on scope and outcomes are available in a confidential discussion.

2022–2024

Managing director, CRM and data

A two-and-a-half-year mandate at a German IT services business, reporting to founders and investors. Refocused the business on CRM and larger B2B accounts, established a CRM consulting practice, added offshore delivery capacity and introduced AI into delivery. Responsibilities also included M&A screening and negotiations. Financial results are confidential.

2021–2022

Head of Data Solutions: European index provider

Led the Data Solutions organisation and redesigned its data architecture alongside live operations. Introduced ITIL v4 and Six Sigma practices and established data governance suited to the regulatory environment.

2019–2021

Global CRM migration

Programme lead for a global asset manager's move from local sales systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 on Azure. Five regions, covering fifteen country sites, ran parallel cutovers. The programme combined sales-process changes with regional sponsorship and was delivered to plan without an interruption to sales operations.

2016–2019

Bloomberg AIM compliance platform

Responsible for test planning and governance across trading desks during a three-year migration of asset- and investment-management locations. Parallel runs and desk-level support accompanied the introduction of Bloomberg AIM's Compliance Manager and Violations Manager. The programme ran without a live-portfolio incident.

2010–2021

Co-founder and managing director, Solit Finance

Built and led a DACH consultancy serving financial services and telecommunications. Responsibilities covered operations, P&L, acquiring and delivering client programmes, and M&A discussions. The firm grew from its founding team to 110 people over eleven years.

Solit Finance was the vehicle for the client programmes delivered between 2010 and 2021. Its company history overlaps with those engagements. The mandates from 2022 onward were independent of Solit.

2010–2015

Next Generation IT: European telecommunications group

Principal consultant and member of the programme leadership team. Responsibilities included CRM and customer-data architecture across five countries, international IT licence management and the design and rollout of the new architecture in Hungary and the Czech Republic. Also provided infrastructure advisory to the regional CTIO/CTO.

2006–2010

Head of CRM West

Led an 80-person CRM consulting practice in western Germany, with business-development and P&L responsibility. Also worked as principal consultant on CRM analysis and implementation.
